Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using UnisonLove, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

UnisonLove is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UnisonLove for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

UnisonLove offers an optional premium subscription, UnisonPro, available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Current pricing and any introductory offer (such as a free trial) are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the app via Settings → Manage Subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions, not directly by UnisonLove.

Your use of UnisonLove is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, and explains how to delete your account.

You may not use UnisonLove for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm another person, to upload content you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its underlying systems.

Content you create within a partner connection (such as shared activities, game responses, and Time Capsule messages) is visible to your connected partner. You are responsible for the content you share and for having any necessary rights to it. Deleting your account ends the connection and removes the content you built together from our servers; content your partner had already saved or exported to their own device is outside our control.

You may stop using UnisonLove and delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms.

UnisonLove is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnisonLove and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
